:: How can this be?......Kindergarten?
Mama says, "what?!"
:: If you would have asked me a couple years ago how I would feel on Anna's first day of kindergarten, I would have probably become teary and said, "I'm not ready to let her go".
:: Oh what a difference a couple of years make...........tee hee hee
:: Example: Her first year of pre-school.....I had a tight grip on her hand, and pretty much cried the entire morning (without her seeing of course)....I walked her in to her class and left the building in a full out sobbing mess.
:: First Day of Kindergarten....I had her in a loose grip, walking rapidly with a skip in my step as I'm explaining to her that she will "get" to stay the ENTIRE day! : )
All the while she is looking up at me like I've lost my mind for seeming so happy that we will be apart the ENTIRE day. (WHAT?!....I'm just trying to instill confidence in my big girl kindergartener!.....LOL.....okay, so maybe I was a little giddy that I was going to have more than a couple hours to myself for the first time in 5 years).
